In detail
Agefiph offers employers aids to recruit, integrate and retain disabled workers: onboarding and integration aid (up to ~€3,150), apprenticeship/professionalisation aid, or workstation adaptation aid. They are aimed at private-sector companies.
Eligibility conditions
Hiring a worker covered by the employment obligation (RQTH…), with contract duration and hours criteria depending on the aid.
How to get it
- Check the employee's beneficiary status (RQTH)
- Identify the suitable aid on agefiph.fr
- Submit the request within the deadline after hiring
- Provide contract supporting documents
