Grâce à son marché d'ingénierie, l'ANCT accompagne les territoires ayant un projet touristique à établir un diagnostic de l'offre et la demande existantes ou potentielles et à structurer un plan d'actions. Dans certains cas un accompagnement plus complet incluant aussi de l'expertise technique juridique et foncière peut être organisé en complément.
