State subsidy for investment projects of rural municipalities.
In detail
The DETR subsidises investment projects of rural municipalities and intercommunalities (facilities, public services, economic, social, environmental, sports or tourism development). The rate ranges from 20% to 50% of eligible spending. Files are submitted in early year to the prefecture.
Eligibility conditions
Eligible rural municipalities and intercommunalities (population and wealth criteria). Investment projects falling within priority categories set by the departmental committee of elected officials.
How to get it
- Check eligibility of the authority and project
- Prepare the file (quotes, financing plan, deliberation)
- Submit to the prefecture before the deadline
- Await programming by the DETR committee
