In detail
The DSIL funds major investment priorities of municipalities and intercommunalities: energy renovation of public buildings, compliance and accessibility, mobility, ecological transition, facilities development. The envelope is regionalised and assessed by the regional prefect.

Municipalities and intercommunalities; projects within the nationally defined major investment priorities. Digital submission via Démarches simplifiées.
