In detail
MaPrimeAdapt' funds home adaptation works (walk-in shower, stairlift, grab bars…) for elderly or disabled people. It covers 50% or 70% of a €22,000 (excl. tax) works cap depending on income, with support from a project assistant (AMO).
Eligibility conditions
Be 70+, or 60-69 with loss of autonomy (GIR), or have a disability (rate ≥ 50% / PCH-AEEH); subject to income ceilings.

- Get support from a project assistant for the assessment and file
- Submit the application before works

Not combinable with MaPrimeRénov' for the same action, but combinable with local and pension-fund schemes.
