MaPrimeRénov' Copropriété funds energy renovation works in a condominium's common areas. It covers 30% or 45% of works (depending on the energy gain), capped at €25,000 per dwelling, with bonuses (exiting 'thermal sieve' status, fragile condominiums) and individual top-ups for low-income owners.
Eligibility conditions
Condominium registered in the national register, built 15+ years ago, majority of main residences, at least 35% energy gain. Application filed by the managing agent.
How to get it
- Have an energy audit of the condominium carried out
- Vote the works at the general assembly
- Submit the file via the managing agent on France Rénov'
- Carry out works with RGE contractors
