In detail
RSA guarantees a minimum income to people with no or very low resources. Paid by the CAF or MSA on behalf of the Department, its amount depends on household composition and other resources. It now comes with a return-to-work support pathway (France Travail reform).
Eligibility conditions
Be 25+ (or younger under conditions), stable residence in France, resources below the flat amount. Commitment to a support pathway.
How to get it
- Run a simulation on caf.fr
- Create or log into your CAF/MSA account
- Submit the application online
- Declare income each quarter and follow your support pathway
