Since 11 August 2026, whoever calls a household must be able to produce the callback request that allows it, and whoever profited from the call is presumed liable. We keep this register for Subventa. We are opening it to others.

Why a proof kept in your own database is worth little

A row in your own table

  • You can edit it, so a third party can suspect it.
  • Nothing attests when it was written.
  • The exact sentence displayed is almost never kept.
  • The person cannot consult it, which the decree requires.

A record in this register

  • Each record carries the fingerprint of the previous one, across all clients.
  • The head fingerprint is published daily on a public page.
  • The sentence your user read is stored word for word.
  • The certificate is consultable without an account, as required.

The logic is that of a shared register: to backdate your record you would have to rewrite everyone else's too, including those already published. That practical impossibility is what gives the document its weight.

Two calls, and you are done

When your visitor ticks the box, you send us what they read. You get back a reference and the address of their certificate.

A call without the exact sentence is rejected: a certificate quoting a sentence nobody read is worse than no certificate. Verification is a GET on the same address.

Pricing, published

Nobody in this market publishes prices, neither at the US high end nor in France. We show ours, because a compliance product that starts with a sales call is a contradiction.
